DOCKAGE APPLICATION

In consideration of this Application for providing dockage in Windmill Harbour Marina (the “Marina”), the Vessel Owner/Agent named above, and the Marina, agree as follows: 1. THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE SLIP AVAILABILITY. THIS IS ONLY TO COLLECT RELEVANT INFORMATION 2. INSURANCE – Owner agrees and warrants that he/she shall maintain at all times that the vessel in the marina has watercraft liability and/or protection and indemnity insurance coverage in an amount of not less than $500,000 combined single limit for each occurrence for bodily injury and property damage, including coverage for pollution events. After acceptance of this application, the vessel owner shall have his/her insurance carrier provide the Marina with a certificate evidencing insurance coverage as set forth above, and shall have the marina named and shown on such certificate as an additional insured on such coverage. 3. STAYBOARD – Owner understands and agrees that he/she will not be allowed to stay aboard the vessel named above more than 14 nights in any calendar month.
